The place was absolutely brilliant and great, we thoroughly enjoyed it. They offered muesli and pastries for breakfast. The hotel was in an incredible location near to the restaurant, food and service, the train station and Carbis Bay beach and StIves harbour. It was good to be 1 km away from Upper Crust, serving short-orders.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a really good stay on a business trip. Every staff member was competent and very efficient. The setting was unbeatable, adjacent to a private beach, a very easy bus link to St Ives and St Ives- Carbis bay. It was impeccably clean, I would stay here again.

The location was great and fab as for me, right by St Ives, which is a pleasant walk and takes about a 30 minute stroll as well as the beach and the train station.
